The Morgan community has 2 common areas, one in the Morgan I area, and one in the Morgan II area. Both common areas are gated. Only association members in good standing, and their guests, are permitted to make use of the common areas. Access is controlled via key card or dongle, and parking is permitted only with a valid parking placard issued by the association.
Both common areas have picnic tables, grills, a fire pit, swimming area, boat launch ramp, and boat slips for use by the association members.
Most of the facilities are free for all members and guests to use, except the boat slips. Slips are owned by the association, and are leased to members for their exclusive use.
Please note that there are no trash cans at the common areas. Please take your trash with you when you leave.
